Before placing your order, please note the following:

Design Consultation: Share your preferred garment style, size, colour palette, and any inspiration images or ideas. We'll discuss what's possible before production begins.

Made by Hand – asili DYE: Each piece is hand dyed using traditional techniques.
Natural variations in colour, pattern and placement are part of the process and make every garment one of a kind.

Made by Hand – asili CRYSTAL: Through the careful application of premium crystal rhinestones, each piece is elevated bringing elegance, sparkle and contemporary style.

FAQ

- How long will my order take to arrive?
Every asili piece is individually hand-transformed, meaning natural variations make each piece unique

If in stock, items on the website will be sent the next working day, excluding bank holidays.  All orders are shipped Royal Mail Tracked.  You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Current production lead time is 5-7 days

UK - Order by 13 December to receive before Christmas 

Europe and ROW - Order by 6 December to receive before Christmas 

- Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship worldwide. International shipping times and rates are calculated at checkout. Customs fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility.

- How do I know what size to order?

You can find detailed sizing info on each product page. If you prefer a baggier fit, I recommend sizing up — or contact me directly, and we’ll guide you.

- What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

1. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging

2. You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation)

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back - please note £2 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover P&P.

Once I have received and inspect your return, I’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

- How should I care for my ASILI pieces?

To keep your piece vibrant, cold hand wash or delicate cycle inside out.  Do not tumble dry; air dry only.

- CUSTOM ORDERS

To enquire about a custom piece, please get in touch with your ideas, preferred colours, garment style and size via the form on the CUSTOM ORDER form above.

- Do you restock past collections?

No Restocks, No Repeats applies to the limited edition pieces. Only items from the ORIGIN Collection are available throughout the year.
If you find something you love, I encourage you to make it yours before it's gone—or join the mailing list to be the first to discover new releases.

- Do you loan pieces to stylists + other
collaborators?

Yes! Please get in touch via email to loan ASILI for any styling opportunities.
